Dr. Sedgewick attended Wayne State University Medical School and was awarded his medical degree in 1987. He then completed his residency training at Washington University/Barnes Hospital and his fellowship in sports medicine at Lake Tahoe Medical Center. He holds board certification in orthopedic surgery from the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Sedgewick attributes his success to his love of the field, great skill set, and commitment to patient care. In his spare time, he dedicates to sculpting, kiteboarding, and snow skiing. He was also recognized as a Top Doctor in Oregon City by the International Association of Orthopedic Surgeons.
