Apart from the US, Russia and India witnessed highest refining capacity under planned maintenance, while Russia and Mexico lead in terms of unplanned maintenance. Main reasons for unplanned maintenance globally were floods and storm. Other factors include fire and explosion, earthquake, leakages.
