She is a highly-trained and qualified dermatologist with a vast expertise inall facets of her work. Dr. Burov has been practicing for more than 33 years and is currently serving as a Cosmetic Dermatologist at her own practice in New York City, New York. She is also affiliated with Montefiore Medical Center.

Dr. Burov gained her Doctor of Medicine degree at Moscow School of Medicine, graduating from there in 1983. After moving to the United States, Dr. Burov completed an internship at Beth Israel Medical Center, which was followed by a residency at Hahnemann University Hospital. Alongside her busy practice, she also serves as an Assistant Professor at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

Dr. Burov is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology, and is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She enjoys reading the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology and has also been published herself. When not working, she enjoys skiing as well as traveling, especially in the company of a good book. She says that the secret of her success is that she loves her work, and this brings excellent results.
