Sand Mountain Gaming launches Kickstarter Campaign for its MTG Commander Playmat

Now Seeking Community Support via Kickstarter, This Playmat is for Commander format in Magic the Gathering!

Sand Mountain Gaming has proudly announced the launch of an exciting ad-on for the renowned tabletop game Magic the Gathering (MTG). Sand Mountain Gaming is Albertville, Alabama’s only gaming store that fosters a play community for TCGs, RPGs, and tabletop gaming. This play community is passionate about gaming, and especially about Commander. To introduce this Commander player mat project for the growing community of the players, the gaming company has recently launched a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter, and it is welcoming generous support and backing.

“One day, a member in our play community threw down an old mouse pad between all of our playmats and we used it to put our Commanders on and our life counter on the phone.” Said Matthew Ewers, while introducing this project to the Kickstarter community. “The funds from this Kickstarter will provide the means to acquire the equipment needed to produce Command Mats for Commander Pods across the MTG-verse.” He added.
