He is a highly-trained and qualified obstetrician and gynecologist with expertise inall facets of his work. Dr. Pesavento has been practicing for more than 35 years and is currently serving as an obstetrician and gynecologist at his own practice in Barrington, Illinois. He is also affiliated to Good Shepherd Hospital.
Dr. Pesavento gained his Doctor of Medicine degree at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, in Evanston, graduating in 1981. A residency in Internal Medicine then followed at Evanston Hospital, before a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology was completed at Northwestern University’s Mcgaw Medical Center. He also holds Certification for Advanced Operative Laparoscopy.
Dr. Pesavento is dual board certified, by the American Board of Internal Medicine and by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine, and a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Pesavento says that the secret of his success is that he loves what he does and always works hard, and when not working he relaxes by spending quality time with his family.
