Before he died Tupac Shakur laid down a track for his brother Mopreme Shakur. The track will be released on a various artists compilation hip hop album before the start of summer 2018. The Tupac track wiill be produced by Jethro Sheeran Music from the UK, Mopreme Shakur and executive produced by The Contractor Music Group from Ocho Rios Jamaica. Tupac Amaru Shakur is an American rapper and actor. Shakur sold over 75 million records worldwide, making him one of the best-selling music artists of all time.] His double disc albums All Eyez on Me) and his Greatest Hits (1998) are among the best-selling albums in the United States.
Shakur is consistently ranked as one of the greatest and most influential rappers of all time] and he has been listed and ranked as one of the greatest artists of any genre by many publications, including Rolling Stone, On April 7, 2017, Shakur was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in his first year of eligibility. Shakur has had several family members who were members of the Black Panthers: Mutulu Shakur, his step-father; Assata Shakur, his step-aunt; Billy Garland, his biological father; and Afeni Shakur, his mother. In 1993 Tupac and his brother Mopreme formed the group Thug Life with friends Big Syke, Macadoshis and Rated R.
On September 26, 1994, the group released the only Album Thug Life: Volume 1 which went Gold. Mopreme has been credited as a writer for many significant tracks on this album.[1] He was an original member of both his Thug Life group, as well as a premier member of Outlawz.
The hip hop album which features the Tupac single will also feature songs from Ed Sheeran, Sean Kingston, Pitbull, Jethro Alonestar Sheeran, (cousin of Ed Sheeran). Honorebel. Chris Brown, Capleton, Notorious B.I.G. Akon and Contractor. The hip hop album will be distributed digitally by Amada Records out of Atlanta. Amada Records will also break some new artists on the album including Katie Bates, Mahoggany Blu, Jahonze and King Doe Boy. Biggie Smalls appear on the album with live songs from his live performance in Kingston, Jamaica in 1996.
