A group of therapists, led by the passionate Megan, have taken their desire to help people of all age groups to break through the challenges preventing them from living their best lives a notch higher with the launch of Spot To Talk. The platform is designed to provide quality yet affordable online therapy to as many people as possible, focusing on a range of mental issues inhibiting clients from reaching their full potentials.
Millions of people in different parts of the world struggle with all kinds of mental issues that often make it difficult to live freely. Over the years, several treatment options have been proffered by mental health experts and therapists. However, a majority of such solutions are not easily accessible to those who need them due to their relatively exorbitant cost. The ravaging COVID-19 pandemic has seemingly worsened the case due to its resultant mental and physical stress as well as restrictions that have made it difficult for patients to see their therapists. However, Spot To Talk is looking to bridge this gap with their online therapy sessions.
Spot To Talk is making therapy easily accessible to people, with a user-friendly online platform that allows patients to connect with their certified Spot To Talk therapist via a smartphone or computer. The therapists specialize in a wide range of mental health diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, electronic use addiction, OCD, PTSD, and ODD. Other areas of expertise of the Spot To Talk team are school refusal, trauma, identity formation, parent-child relationship challenges, aftercare post residential treatment and intensive outpatient programs. Spot To Talk also offers mental health services for schools and organizations as well as clinical internships and supervisions.
