Restaurants have launched an exciting new customer-focused service, in the form of a free-to-download, multi-function smartphone app. Featuring a range of customer benefits, the app was developed to make enjoying Thai Bloom’s delicious, authentic Thai cuisine more convenient and more rewarding. Customers will not only enjoy a host of special rewards program benefits and offers, the app also provides convenient and time-saving functions such as direct ordering and even the ability to pay your restaurant bill right on your phone.
Custom-developed with the direct input of Thai Bloom’s President, Walter Bowers, the free app is now available for download from the Apple “App Store” and/or Google Play, and is featured on the company website.

The Thai Bloom App has two distinct functionalities, one focused on the menu/food ordering experience, and the other for the “Blooming Rewards” customer-appreciation program.
Using the app, customers can now conveniently order carryout meals or home-delivery orders right from their phones. The full Thai Bloom menu is in your hand, and you can even save your favorites to make ordering that much quicker in the future. The app will track previous selections, and even allows you to specify the timing on orders, so delivery arrival or To Go orders are ready right when customers want them.
The app also features a mapping function to find the nearest Thai Bloom location, and makes paying super-convenient with a secure Mobile Pay function. Restaurant diners can even skip the bill drop-off by using the app to simply pay right at the table and go. And on all those orders, Thai Bloom App users will be earning rewards.
Customers are automatically enrolled into the Blooming Rewards program after signing into and getting set up on the app, and immediately become eligible for a range of great benefits. Guests will earn gift points for every dollar spent, adding up to give them a free lunch, including points earned on any meals enjoyed at the restaurants – they just say their phone number or show the loyalty card associated with their phone. Blooming Rewards members will also get exclusive offers for food specials and discounts, as well as ‘insider info’ on upcoming limited-time or seasonal dishes, Thai Bloom community events, news, and much more.
