Dr. Rutkowski has been practicing for over four years and is currently serving patients at Advanced Inpatient Medicine in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Furthermore, he acts as Chairman of the Department of Medicine at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital and Clinical Instructor of Medicine at The Commonwealth Medical College in Scranton, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Rutkowski acquired his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree in 2006 at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He interned at the Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia and served his residency at Drexel University College of Medicine. In order to stay at the forefront of his profession, Dr. Rutkowski is an active member of the American College of Physicians and the Society of Hospital Medicine. He feels that he owes his successful career to his hard work and dedication. When he is not working, he dedicates his spare time to baseball.
