Tommie Thompson recently made a substantial contribution to Mission of Love Charities, Inc. in Capitol Heights, Md. during his “Walk the Talk” donation drive.
Thompson, president of Bazilio Cobb Associates (BCA), along with several community members, collected an assortment of household and non-perishable food items during a three-day period in mid-December 2017. The donation filled a tractor-trailer and was delivered to Mission of Love Charities, Inc. for distribution to qualifying residents in Prince George’s County, MD and the DMV. “The season has passed but the need continues,” Thompson said.
The donated items consisted of beds, sofas, dinette sets, microwaves, kitchenware, clothing for men, women and children, linens, toys, diapers, evaporated milk, and other non-perishable food items.
