Trevor brings 25 years of experience within the IT industry, including a significant portion of his time in managed services sectors, where he is instrumental in supervising and managing operational departments with clear KPIs, functional milestones, managing constraints to ensure delivery within budget and with maximum effectiveness to achieve great customer relationships.
Trevor will be responsible for leading the strategic planning, development, and management of all aspects of Global IT operational business. Trevor will oversee the external service delivery engineers and international technical support teams, as well as key functions within operations and service delivery processes that meet business needs. He will ensure that Kosbit continues to maintain a high standard of service delivery. He oversees operations to ensure efficiencies, quality, service and cost effective management of resources.
His proven record of leadership will only strengthen the Kosbit teams as we grow our service offerings. Trevor is instrumental in creating and building IT managed services and running help desks for service requests from small to large companies across the globe. Kosbit is a full global vendor for AT&T, and as the new Global Operations Director, Trevor will continue the current trend by growing technical talent, coaching, supporting and guiding top technical talent.
